Returns
You have 30 days to return any item you are not satisfied with. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (this process usually takes around 3-5 days, but it can take up to 15 days depending on your bank!)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please make sure you have waited 15 business days from receiving the email stating your refund would be processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, they might still be working on it

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at foxyroxgear@gmail.com and send your item to: 16 River Bank Dr Pontiac Michigan US 48341.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping items worth over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
